DELIVERING CHANGE
Holos Change delivers authentic leadership and cultural change for organisations. By designing and delivering bespoke learning experiences, they can help clients break norms and make sense of the future.
Orangery’s challenge was to automate and streamline the reporting processes around their core products, Leadership 360 and Team Diagnostics. With several major client opportunities on the horizon, each requiring thousands of reports, they needed our help quickly.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Both products followed a similar flow of sending surveys of frequency-based questions to leaders and team members. The answers were scored, and the results were visualised in a report, which was used in a debrief session between Holos and the organisation to identify strengths, opportunities and a roadmap for improvement.
We became strategic partners to Holos Change, working closely on the development, design and build of a fully automated change management system that seamlessly connected each part of the reporting process. The platform allows Holos to efficiently set up clients and cohorts, managing and delivering reports for hundreds of Leadership 360s and Team Diagnostics simultaneously.

MAKING DATA WORK
A newly proposed interactive dashboard provided a home for the crucial business data that Holos collects, enabling leaders to visualise reports in a simple, intuitive and elegant way. We aggregated the programme data even further by providing different variables for Holos’ clients and creating numerous overviews and comparisons to ensure teams gained a far deeper insight across their cohorts.

The final result was a modernised dashboard that delivered crucial business insight to teams and leaders throughout Holos’ organisations. The refreshed platform improved the training capabilities of existing clients while demonstrating Holos Change as a digital product light years ahead of the competition when pitching to prospective clients.
