01. OVERVIEW
Club 26 brings new energy to British racing. Designed for 18–26 year olds, this nationwide initiative gives members access to discounted tickets, exclusive events and insider experiences. To match that momentum, the team needed a digital platform that felt fast, modern and built for discovery. We worked together to create a brand and online experience that brings the sport closer to its next generation of fans.

REIMAGINING TRADITION THROUGH A YOUNGER LENS
The culture of racing is rich with history, but in many ways it can feel closed off to younger audiences. Club 26 offered a new way in – accessible, social and tailored to 18–26 year olds – but needed a platform to match. Our task was to rethink the experience through a modern lens and design a digital journey that delivered on every level. The platform had to support sign-ups, ticket promotions, automated emails and event bookings, all within a unified, intuitive system.

A BRAND REFRESH WITH A PLATFORM TO MATCH
The brand system centred around a high-energy colour palette, bold typography and playful iconography. Paired with short-form video and lifestyle photography, it helped shake off any dusty perceptions and give Club 26 a confident, contemporary presence. The tone was purposeful, friendly and full of momentum, designed to meet users where they are and invite them into something new.

The platform brought everything together in a seamless, responsive journey:
- A flexible sign-up form with promo code functionality
- Automated email flows to welcome members, share offers and drive event bookings

We also created a suite of branded email templates, helping the team stay connected with members in a way that felt consistent and on-brand at every stage.
