01. OVERVIEW
a bold new brand for a pioneering platform
HumanityLink transforms communication for non-profits. Their cutting-edge cloud platform gives these organisations the power to effectively communicate and engage with communities at scale, integrating tools for messaging, interaction, data analytics, and aid distribution.
When our friends at AndAnotherDay, a tech for good development agency, asked us to lead on the rebrand and website design, we saw an opportunity to amplify the organisation’s impact. With an ambitious timeline, the project needed a guiding creative vision and a structured approach to bring it all together. We were excited to step in and help make it happen.
We partnered on
- Visual identity
- Web Design
- Brand Book
- Product Sheets

02. solution
branding
Anchored by the business and brand strategy, we got to work designing a logo. We needed an icon to represent limitless communication, so we combined digital speech bubbles with an infinity symbol. The inclusive colour palette reflects their global reach, while bold typography alludes to their ambitious approach to tackling the world’s toughest humanitarian challenges.
To simplify their somewhat complex product offering, we created a set of clear, informative illustrations and colour-coded products, making them easy to understand.

What an amazing bunch. We had a tight deadline, they mobilized and got the work done quickly, accurately and it looks great. Well done and thanks so much for the great partnership. Looking forward to the next job together.

website
The website started with wireframes to shape the content and flow. Once approved, we brought the design to life with illustration and imagery. Everything neatly packaged up in the Figma design system for desktop top and mobile—a developer’s dream.

BRAND BOOK + PRODUCT SHEETS
After letting the new brand settle in, we applied the design system to create product info sheets and a comprehensive brand book. These tools help the HumanityLink team understand and use their new brand effectively.

03. impact
paving the way for greater impact
The new brand has been embraced wholeheartedly by everyone involved. More than just a new look, it works as a platform to accelerate growth, secure further investment and help more people in need. We’re proud to have played a part in HumanityLink’s journey, and we’re excited to see how this new brand helps them make an even bigger impact in the world of humanitarian aid.
